Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Once payment is confirmed and products ship, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except as specified below.
Replacements may be issued for damaged products or incorrect items only. Claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photographic documentation.
If you have a documented quality concern with a product you received, contact us within 30 days with details. We will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Refund requests should be sent to support@contact.landmarkbio.tech with order number and detailed description of the issue.
