General Support Associate
Landmark Biotech is hiring a General Support Associate to help support our fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role is primarily responsible for accurately packing customer orders, assisting with inventory and warehouse tasks, and helping keep daily operations moving in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This is an important role within our company. Every order that leaves our facility represents Landmark Biotech, and accuracy, care, and attention to detail matter. We are looking for someone dependable, hard-working, team-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of their work.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy
- Carefully follow packing procedures, product handling guidelines, and fulfillment instructions
- Verify order details to help ensure customers receive the correct items
- Assist with labeling, organizing, and staging packages for shipment
- Support inventory organization, restocking, and warehouse cleanliness
- Help receive, sort, and store incoming products and supplies
- Perform general warehouse and operational support tasks as needed
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-demand environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move 50+ lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
- Willingness to follow written procedures and company processes carefully
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to stay focused and organized during busy periods
- Previous fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, or packing experience is preferred but not required
